 COMPANY PROFILE

JMP Land Services, LLC (JMP) was founded on October 1, 2000, and was created by separation of the utility right-of-way personnel of McCord Engineering, Inc. into a newly established land services company.  The principals in the new firm consist of Mr. Jim McCord and Ms. Kathy Parker, whose combined experience in land services totals more than 50 years.  Each individual has considerable experience in the land service acquisition area, and all of us are committed to providing these services in an expedient and economical manner for our clients.

 JMP is a small firm with highly qualified personnel.  Our niche in the land services profession is working in a close relationship with a few clients.  With our many years of land-related work experience and "hands on" management style, we will work very closely with our client.  We like to be referred to by our clients as being their land department, by conducting our work in a personalized manner.  When special needs arise, we employ known agents from our database, so as to fit the specific need of the client.  Our ongoing relationship with McCord Engineering enhances our scope of services that we can provide.
